• Prepare Surfaces — Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust or debris. For optimal adhesion, surfaces should be above 40°F (4°C). Remove the nozzle and cut the cartridge tip above the threads.
• Apply Adhesive — Replace the nozzle and cut at a 45° angle to achieve the desired bead size. Apply the adhesive in a zig-zag pattern or around the perimeter of one surface.
• Join and Reposition — Press the surfaces together within 10 minutes of application. The adhesive is repositionable for up to 30 minutes, allowing for adjustments. Support heavy items as needed.
• Cure and Finish — Allow the adhesive to cure fully for 24 hours. It is paintable in 2 hours and sandable once cured, providing a clean, professional finish for your project.
