It’s designed with armholes big enough for your dog to comfortably walk and go to the bathroom. Plus, it features an D ring on the back to use for short winter walks. (not recommended if your dog pulls.)
• Machine Washable - Our dog winter clothes are perfect for winter cold weather. The cold weather means your dog’s winter clothes are exposed to salt, snow, and all that gross sidewalk slush. That’s why we made the dog fleece vest machine-washable to remove any dirt easily. No hand-washing or worrying about the dog fleece zip up jacket setting ruined after one walk. Throw it in the washer and dryer, and it’s good to go for your next winter adventure.
• Accurate Sizing to Fit Your Small Dog - We make finding a winter fleece vest that accurately fits your small dog easier than any other winter dog coats with back zipper dog jackets for small dogs. Simply measure your dog's chest size with a tape measure and choose from one of our five easy-fit sizes that suit your dog. We also recommend choosing a neck opening that is bigger than the size of your dog’s head for accurate fitting.

• Measure Your Dog — Accurately measure your dog's chest circumference (around the widest part) and neck circumference. Ensure the neck opening is larger than your dog's head for easy fitting. Compare these measurements to the size chart to select the correct size, typically X-Large for chests around 22.5 inches.
• Dress Your Dog — Gently step your dog's front legs through the armholes. Pull the sweater up their body and use the zipper closure to secure it comfortably. Ensure the mock neck is positioned correctly without being too tight.
• Attach Leash (Optional) — For short walks, you can attach a leash to the D-ring located on the back of the sweater. This is intended for gentle walkers; it is not a substitute for a harness for dogs that pull.
• Clean as Needed — When the sweater becomes dirty from outdoor play, simply place it in the washing machine and tumble dry on low. This ensures easy maintenance and readiness for your dog's next adventure.
