Pinpoint Magnetic Poles with Ease
General Tools AMY6 Magnetic Tester is a compact, blue pen-style device designed for easy magnetic field detection. It clearly indicates North and South poles using distinct red and green LED lights, accompanied by an audible buzzer for precise location. This tool is ideal for electricians, hobbyists, and anyone needing to quickly identify magnetic properties in the field.
The tester's accuracy is supported by its clear visual and audible alerts, making it simple to use even in low-light conditions. Its lightweight design and included pocket clip ensure it's always accessible for immediate use, whether for professional diagnostics or personal projects. The device operates on four LR44 batteries, which are conveniently supplied with the unit.
For Indian users, this magnetic tester offers a straightforward way to verify magnetic properties without complex setup. While not designed for live electrical voltage testing, it's a valuable tool for identifying magnetic materials and poles. All customs duties and GST are included in the listed price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping.
Accurate Magnetic Field Identification
The General Tools AMY6 Magnetic Tester provides reliable identification of magnetic poles. Its dual-color LED system and audible buzzer offer clear, unambiguous feedback. This precision ensures you can quickly and confidently assess magnetic properties for various applications, from educational demonstrations to material sorting. The tool's design prioritizes user-friendliness, making complex magnetic detection accessible to everyone.
Ideal for Field Use, Skip for Live Voltage
This tester is perfect for hobbyists, educators, and DIYers needing to identify magnetic materials or poles. Its portability and ease of use are key benefits. However, it is NOT a voltage tester and cannot detect live electrical currents. If you need to check for live wires or electrical outlets, a dedicated voltage tester is required. This tool is for magnetic properties only.
