Upgrade Your ATV's Power Transfer
The Gates G-Force CVT Drive Belt is engineered for exceptional durability and performance in demanding all-terrain applications. Its proprietary Ethylene Elastomer (EE) compound and high tensile aramid cord provide superior axial stiffness, increased heat tolerance, and maximum acceleration, ensuring it can handle heavy loads across aggressive terrain. This belt is designed to last up to twice as long as original G-Force belts, offering improved crack and wear resistance for extended service life.
Key features include enhanced heat tolerance for higher loads and peak torque, leading to less heat fade and speed loss. The high tensile aramid cord maximizes shock load resistance and extreme fatigue resistance, making it a reliable choice for utility and recreational all-terrain vehicles. Reviewers note its robust construction for challenging conditions.
While this belt offers superior performance, it is not intended for use in turbocharged or heavily modified engine applications. For vehicles requiring a standard CVT drive belt, this Gates G-Force belt provides a durable, long-lasting solution. All customs duties and GST are included in the price, with tracked delivery via ExpressBox to your Indian pincode.
Engineered for Extreme Durability
The Gates G-Force CVT Drive Belt is built with advanced materials and construction techniques to withstand the rigors of off-road use. Its proprietary Ethylene Elastomer (EE) compound and high-tensile aramid cord offer superior resistance to cracking, wear, and heat buildup. This means a longer-lasting belt that performs consistently under high loads and aggressive terrain, providing up to twice the lifespan of standard belts. For Indian riders tackling challenging trails or heavy hauling, this belt ensures reliable power transfer and reduced downtime.
Ideal for Standard ATVs, Not for Modified Engines
This belt is specifically engineered for standard recreational and utility all-terrain vehicles with CVT systems. It excels in providing enhanced heat tolerance and shock load resistance for hauling and aggressive terrain. However, it is not designed for turbocharged or heavily modified engine applications. If your ATV has significant engine modifications or a turbocharger, you should consult a specialist for a belt compatible with those specific power outputs.
Typical situations where Gates G-Force CVT Drive Belt 1 7/32" x 44 5/8" (1.15" x 113.2cm) | 2x Life Over Original helps — illustrative scenarios, not customer reviews.
Riding an ATV on challenging Indian terrain with heavy loads.
The Gates G-Force CVT belt's high tensile aramid cord and superior heat tolerance ensure maximum acceleration and shock load resistance, preventing belt failure during demanding tasks like hauling or navigating rough trails.
Needing a reliable replacement belt for a standard ATV that lasts longer.
This belt offers up to 2x the life of original belts due to its advanced Ethylene Elastomer (EE) compound and improved crack/wear resistance, reducing the frequency of replacements and ensuring consistent performance.
