Support Your Oil Art with Gamblin Ground
Gamblin Oil Painting Ground is a premium support for oil artists, formulated with alkyd resin, titanium dioxide, and barium sulfate. It creates a bright white, non-absorbent surface that enhances oil paint brightness and durability. Designed for canvas and linen, it makes supports stiffer than acrylic gesso yet more flexible than traditional oil primers, reducing the need for multiple coats.
Supported by positive reviews, artists appreciate its quick readiness after sanding and its ability to retain oil in the paint, resulting in brighter, more vibrant artworks. The formulation allows for two coats instead of four, saving time and material costs. Suitable for Indian artists seeking a reliable, high-quality primer that supports oil painting techniques with consistent results.
Imported directly from the USA, Gamblin Ground offers Indian painters a professional-grade support, with all duties included and transit in 14-16 days. Ideal for studio or outdoor use, it supports both beginners and seasoned artists aiming for durable, bright oil paintings.
