Elevate Your Home Workouts with Superior Cushioning
Gaiam Essentials Thick Yoga Mat (10mm) in Teal offers superior joint comfort with its high-density NBR foam. This mat is designed for all types of yoga, Pilates, and floor exercises, providing a cushioned surface that helps reduce pressure on knees and hips. Its textured surface offers controlled movement, making it ideal for home workouts on hard floors. Imported for Indian buyers, all customs duties and GST are included in the price, with ExpressBox tracked delivery via 13-15 days.
The mat's soft foam feel is easy to maintain, requiring only a wipe with a damp cloth. While initial foam odor may be present, it typically fades after airing out for 24–48 hours. This versatility makes it popular for general home fitness, stretching, and recovery routines, providing comfort on wood, tile, or concrete surfaces.
Compared to thinner local mats, the Gaiam Essentials mat offers significant cushioning, crucial for Indian users practicing on harder floors. Its lightweight design and included carrying strap ensure easy transport to classes or between rooms. Enjoy authentic USA quality delivered directly to you.
Superior Comfort and Support for Your Practice
The Gaiam Essentials Thick Yoga Mat is engineered with 10mm high-density NBR foam, offering superior cushioning compared to standard local mats. This plush support is vital for protecting your joints during yoga, Pilates, and floor exercises, especially on hard surfaces common in Indian homes. Its textured surface ensures controlled movement, preventing slips during dry workouts. The mat is designed for easy care, requiring only a simple wipe-down. While some initial foam odor may occur, it dissipates within 24-48 hours of airing. This mat is a durable, comfortable, and practical choice for your daily fitness routine.
Ideal for Indian Home Workouts, Skip if Sensitive to Foam Odor
This mat is perfect for individuals practicing yoga, Pilates, or general fitness at home on hard floors like tile or concrete. Its thickness provides much-needed comfort and joint protection. It's also great for stretching and recovery routines. However, if you are highly sensitive to the initial, temporary foam odor that may be present upon opening, or if you require a very firm mat for advanced balance poses, you might consider a thinner, firmer option. This mat prioritizes comfort and cushioning over extreme firmness.
