• Unwrap Pad — Carefully peel open the compostable wrapper of one pad. Ensure the pad is clean and dry before use.
• Apply Pad — Remove the backing from the pad and the wings. Center the pad on your underwear and press down firmly to secure it. Wrap the wings around the sides of your underwear for extra protection.
