• Monthly Efficiency: Designed to cover a month's attendance, our employee time cards feature a two-sided layout (1-15 on the front, 16-31 on the back), reducing the frequency of card replacements.
• Universal Compatibility: These timecards for time clocks integrate seamlessly with most standard 6-column electronic time clocks, facilitating smooth operation and time management.
• Transparent Record-Keeping: Foster a trustworthy work environment with physical time clock cards that offer a reliable backup to digital systems, during power outages or system failures.
• Bulk Convenience: Receive a pack of 270 durable art paper time cards, providing lasting supply and simplicity for small businesses focused on efficiency and reliability.

• Verify Compatibility — Ensure your time clock machine is a 6-column electronic model. These cards are not compatible with thermal printers or other column types. Check your machine's manual or existing card format.
• Distribute Cards — Provide each employee with a card. Instruct them to punch in at the start of their shift, out for breaks, back from breaks, and out at the end of their shift.
• Track Daily Entries — Employees use the appropriate side of the card (front for days 1-15, back for days 16-31) to record their time punches throughout the month.
• Process Payroll — At the end of the pay period, collect the cards and use them to calculate total hours worked, including overtime, for accurate payroll processing.
