Eliminate Stubborn Woody Plants & Stumps
Fertilome Brush Killer & Stump Killer (16 oz / 473ml) is an effective solution for managing unwanted woody plants, vines, and broadleaf weeds in non-crop areas around your property. Imported from the USA, this concentrate offers targeted control for stumps and brush, ensuring a cleaner landscape. It is designed for application on freshly cut stumps or mixed for spraying on leaves, providing versatile treatment options. All customs duties and GST are included in the price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked service within 12-14 days.
The active ingredient, Triclopyr, works by disrupting plant growth processes, making it effective against tough woody species. For stump treatment, apply the undiluted product directly to the freshly cut surface within 45 minutes to prevent regrowth. For brush and vine control, mix 8 oz of the concentrate with 1 gallon of water and spray thoroughly on the leaves. Always refer to the product label for specific application rates and a comprehensive list of targeted plants to ensure optimal results and avoid damage to desirable vegetation.
This product is ideal for property owners looking to maintain clear fences, walkways, and non-crop zones. While local alternatives may offer broad-spectrum weed control, Fertilome's specialized formula targets woody plants effectively. Ensure proper safety precautions, including wearing gloves and avoiding contact with skin and eyes, as the product is an irritant. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place away from children and pets.
Targeted Woody Plant Control
Fertilome Brush Killer & Stump Killer is specifically formulated to tackle stubborn woody plants, vines, and stumps that other herbicides may struggle with. Its active ingredient, Triclopyr, is known for its efficacy in eliminating these difficult-to-control species. Unlike general weed killers, this product offers a targeted approach, ensuring that your non-crop areas remain clear and manageable. Imported from authorized US retailers, it brings a proven solution to your doorstep, backed by the brand's specialization in green thumb assistance. All customs duties and GST are pre-paid, so you receive the product without hidden charges.
Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip It
This product is ideal for homeowners, property managers, and landscapers dealing with invasive woody plants, vines, and stumps in non-crop areas like fence lines, driveways, and around outbuildings. If you need to clear dense brush or prevent stump regrowth, this is an excellent choice. However, it is NOT suitable for use on lawns or in gardens where desirable plants are present, as it is a non-selective killer for woody species. Individuals sensitive to chemical irritants should use with caution and wear protective gear. For general lawn weed control, consider a selective herbicide.
