• Select Color and Cut Wire — Choose the appropriate wire color for your circuit (e.g., red for positive, black for negative). Cut the desired length of 20 AWG silicone wire using wire cutters, ensuring a clean, straight end.
• Strip Insulation and Prepare Connection — Carefully strip about 5-7mm of the silicone insulation from the wire end using wire strippers. Ensure not to nick the tinned copper strands. Twist the exposed strands together neatly.
• Make Electrical Connection — Connect the stripped wire to your component, terminal, or solder joint. For soldered connections, ensure a strong, clean bond. Use the included heat shrink tubing by sliding it over the wire before soldering, then shrink it over the connection with a heat gun for insulation.
