Is the Feedoo lick mat safe for my dog or cat?

Yes, the Feedoo lick mat is made from premium 304 food-grade stainless steel, which is virtually indestructible and safe for aggressive chewers. It's designed to be a safe outlet for licking behavior, unlike plastic or rubber mats that can be ingested.

How does this lick mat help with pet anxiety?

The raised texture promotes natural licking, a behavior known to release endorphins that calm pets. This makes it effective for reducing anxiety during stressful events like grooming, thunderstorms, or separation.

Can I use this lick mat with dry kibble?

This lick mat is best used with soft treats, wet food, or yogurt. The shallow maze pattern is not ideal for dry kibble, as it can jam and prevent proper dispensing. It's designed for spreading paste-like or moist foods.

How do I clean the stainless steel lick mat?

Cleaning is easy as the mat is 100% dishwasher safe. The non-porous stainless steel surface naturally resists stains and odors, ensuring a hygienic feeding surface for every use.

Will the lick mat stay in place on my floor?

Yes, the lick mat features a weighted 320g base and advanced non-slip feet, providing superior stability on hardwood, tile, or laminate floors without the need for suction cups.

What is the difference between this and a silicone lick mat?

Unlike silicone mats that can be easily destroyed by chewers, this stainless steel mat is virtually indestructible. It's more durable, hygienic, and resistant to stains and odors, offering a long-lasting solution.

How to buy an original Feedoo lick mat in India?

Purchase the original Feedoo lick mat from authorized US retailers and authorized brand partners, imported per-order. All customs duties and GST are included in the price, and it ships via ExpressBox with tracking.

Why choose this product

Built to Last: Superior Stainless Steel Construction

Traditional silicone lick mats can be easily destroyed by determined pets, posing a choking hazard. The Feedoo Double-Wall Stainless Steel Lick Mat is constructed from premium 304 food-grade stainless steel, making it virtually indestructible. This robust design ensures it can withstand aggressive chewing and licking from both dogs and cats, offering a safe, long-lasting enrichment tool that won't break down over time. Its double-wall construction adds to its durability and stability, providing a reliable solution for pet parents seeking a permanent upgrade from flimsy alternatives.

Ideal for Anxious Pets & Fast Eaters

This lick mat is designed to help calm pets during stressful situations like grooming, thunderstorms, or separation anxiety by promoting natural licking behavior. It also functions as a slow feeder, spreading food or treats across its textured surface to slow down fast eaters, preventing bloating and improving digestion. While effective for most pets, individuals with very sensitive whiskers might find the shallow maze pattern slightly bothersome. For pets with severe dental issues or those who require specialized therapeutic diets, consult your veterinarian before use.

How to use

Prepare the Treat — Spread soft treats, wet food, yogurt, or peanut butter evenly across the textured surface of the Feedoo lick mat. Ensure the spread is not too thick to prevent jamming.
Place and Engage Pet — Place the weighted, non-slip mat on a clean, flat surface. Present the mat to your dog or cat to engage them in licking and mental stimulation.
Clean After Use — Once your pet has finished, rinse the mat or place it directly into the dishwasher for a thorough and hygienic cleaning. Ensure it's dry before storing.
