• SPECIFICATIONS: DIAMETER: 1/4" | LENGTH: 50 Feet | COLOR: Black| RoHS Compliant | UL Listed | Halogen-Free | 600V
• 3 TO 1 RATIO: 3:1 polyolefin tubing shrinks to 1/3 of its nominal diameter and 10% of the preshrunk length
• EASILY INSTALLED: Easily installed over cables, wires, and bundles and shrinks evenly using a heat shrink gun or similar heating tool
• MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS: Find your perfect size for joining wire, color coding, identifying wire polarity, or outfitting engine components in professional or DIY projects
• ROUND MEASUREMENT: Our heat shrink tubing is measured round, NOT FLAT, before shrinking | Color between different sizes may vary | Lengths 50 ft or longer may have splices

• Measure and Cut — Cut the heat shrink tubing to the required length, ensuring it is slightly longer than the section of wire or splice you need to cover. Remember measurements are round, not flat.
• Position Tubing — Slide the cut piece of tubing over the wire or splice. Ensure it is centered over the area that requires insulation, strain relief, or protection.
• Apply Heat — Using a heat gun or torch on a low to medium setting, apply heat evenly to the tubing. Move the heat source back and forth to ensure uniform shrinking until the tubing conforms snugly to the object.
• Cool and Inspect — Allow the tubing to cool completely before handling or testing the connection. Inspect for any gaps or uneven shrinking to ensure a secure and insulated finish.
