• Load the Label Roll — Insert the 4x6" direct thermal label roll into your compatible thermal printer (Rollo, MUNBYN, Zebra, etc.). Ensure the labels are feeding correctly from the roll and through the printer's path.
• Configure Printer Settings — In your printer's driver or shipping software, set the label size to 4x6 inches (or 101.6mm x 152.4mm). Adjust print darkness and speed settings for optimal print quality and barcode readability.
• Print Your Labels — Design or import your shipping address, barcode, or return label. Print directly onto the thermal labels. The inkless printing process ensures dark, high-contrast output for easy scanning.
• Apply and Ship — Peel the printed label from the roll and apply it firmly to your package, ensuring it lies flat and covers the intended area. The permanent adhesive will secure it for transit.
