Elevate Your Decor with Timeless Elegance
Bring timeless, vintage character to any room with the Craig Frames Bravado ornate antique gold picture frame. This 4x6 frame is built on a durable MDF wood composite moulding roughly 2 inches wide, finished with a high quality laminate wrap in a rich antique gold tone and a softly scratched, antique inspired patina that gives every piece an old world, baroque look without the weight or cost of hand carved solid ornate wood. The raised relief profile catches the light and surrounds your artwork with a decorative, gallery ready border that dresses up prints, posters, and photographs alike.
Protected by a clear finished glass facing over a rigid black backing board, with two sawtooth hangers already attached to the back, so this 4x6 frame arrives ready to hang on your wall straight out of the box, no tools or extra hardware needed. The ornate lip overlaps each edge slightly, so the viewable opening sits a touch smaller than the full 4x6 while holding your artwork securely and squarely in place.
Use it on its own as a statement piece, or group several together for a layered gallery wall in the living room, bedroom, hallway, entryway, or office. Its vintage, antique inspired styling also makes it a thoughtful housewarming, wedding, birthday, or anniversary gift for anyone who loves farmhouse and vintage home decor. Every Craig Frames frame is handcrafted to order in the United States, where we have been a trusted family framer for over 30 years, and each one is inspected for quality before it ships so it arrives ready to display and built to last for years to come.
Authentic USA Craftsmanship & Design
This Craig Frames Bravado picture frame is handcrafted to order in the United States by a family framer with over 30 years of experience. The durable MDF moulding features a high-quality laminate wrap in a rich antique gold tone with a softly scratched patina, evoking a vintage baroque style. Unlike heavy, hand-carved ornate wood, this frame offers a similar aesthetic with accessible weight and cost. Each frame is inspected for quality before shipping, ensuring it arrives ready to display and built to last for years. This commitment to quality and design ensures you receive an authentic piece that elevates your home decor.
Ideal for Vintage Lovers, Who Should Consider Alternatives
This frame is perfect for anyone who loves vintage, farmhouse, or baroque home decor and wants to display 4x6 photos, prints, or posters. It's an excellent choice for creating statement pieces or gallery walls in living rooms, bedrooms, or offices. It also makes a thoughtful housewarming, wedding, or anniversary gift. However, if you require a modern or minimalist aesthetic, or need a frame for oversized prints beyond 4x6, this ornate design may not be suitable. For very humid environments, consider frames with less susceptible finishes or opt for acrylic glazing if glass breakage is a concern.
