• Contents: Set of 3 metal screw caps for glass containers.

• Prepare Your Jars — Ensure your compatible Bormioli Rocco Quattro Stagioni jars (5 oz, 6.75 oz, or 13.5 oz) are clean and sterilized. Wash the new 56mm lids by hand with mild soap and warm water, then rinse thoroughly.
• Fill and Seal — Fill your sterilized jars with your chosen preserves, jams, or foods, leaving appropriate headspace as per your recipe. Place a clean, dry lid onto the jar rim and screw on a band until fingertip tight.
• Process and Cool — Process the jars using your preferred canning method (water bath or pressure canning, following recipe guidelines). After processing, carefully remove jars and let them cool undisturbed for 12-24 hours. Listen for the 'ping' sound indicating a seal.
• Check Seal and Store — Once cooled, press the center of the lid. If it does not flex, the jar is sealed. Remove the band and store sealed jars in a cool, dark place. If the lid flexes, refrigerate the jar and consume contents promptly.
