• Prepare for Measurement — Ensure you are relaxed and have not eaten, exercised, or smoked for at least 30 minutes. Sit with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and arm resting at heart level. Select the appropriate cuff size (9-17" or 13-21") for your upper arm.
• Apply Cuff and Start — Wrap the selected cuff snugly around your bare upper arm, about 1-2 cm above the elbow crease. Ensure the tube is positioned towards the inner side of your arm. Press the 'Start' button to begin the automatic measurement cycle.
