• Prepare for Measurement — Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Ensure your arm is at heart level. Relax for at least 5 minutes before starting. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for 30 minutes prior.
• Apply the Cuff Correctly — Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, about 2-3 cm above the elbow joint. Ensure the artery marker on the cuff aligns with your brachial artery. The cuff should be firm but not too tight.
• Take the Reading — Press the 'START/STOP' button. Remain still and silent during the measurement process. The device will automatically inflate and deflate the cuff, displaying your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate on the LED screen.
• Record and Review — Once the measurement is complete, the results will be displayed. The monitor automatically saves the reading with date and time. You can switch between User A and User B to view stored data or take new measurements.
