• Attach Plate to Printer — Place the BIQU Designer Series build plate onto your Bambu Lab printer's magnetic bed. Ensure it is properly aligned and seated securely before starting any print job.
• Select Print Surface — Choose either the smooth PEO side for diamond patterns or the textured PEI side for textured finishes based on your desired print outcome. Ensure the chosen surface is clean and free from debris.
• Start Printing — Load your filament and start your 3D print. For Bambu Lab P2S or X2D printers, remember to disable the build plate printing detection feature in your slicer settings.
• Remove Print — Once the print is complete and the plate has cooled slightly, gently bend the flexible spring steel sheet. The print should easily detach from the surface without needing tools.
