• Prepare the Floss — Take approximately 39m (129 ft) of floss. Wrap most of it around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving about 1-2 inches of floss to work with. Grip the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers.
• Clean Between Teeth — Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a rubbing motion. Curve the floss into a C-shape against one tooth and slide it gently into the space between the gum and the tooth until you reach the gum line.
• Move and Repeat — Gently rub the side of the tooth, moving the floss away from the gum line. Repeat this process on the adjacent tooth. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth to maintain hygiene.
