One important thing to remember with a CO2 inflator is that it’s only a get-home remedy for a puncture. As CO2 gas dissipates through an inner tube over time, you need to re-inflate your tire with air from a pump when you’re back home. • Perfect for Road and Mountain Bike Tires – 16g co2 cartridges inflate a road tire to 100 psi and a MTB tire to approx. 40psi. Note: CO2 gas is ‘not’ food grade. As these c02 cartridges dispense its air, it rapidly cools and becomes COLD to the touch; care should be taken, protect your hands when dispensing air. Important: For safety reasons - do not screw in and store a CO2 cartridge into an inflator head until needed for operation. Care & respect should be taken when using CO2 gas.

• Ensure your CO2 inflator has a 3/8”-24 TPI threaded connection. Screw the 25g PRO BIKE TOOL CO2 cartridge firmly into the inflator head until it pierces the seal. — Attach Inflator
• Protect your hands with a glove or insulation sleeve, as the cartridge will become very cold. Quickly attach the inflator head to your bike's tire valve stem. — Connect to Tire
• Activate the inflator to release CO2 into the tire. Inflate to desired pressure (approx. 100 psi for road, 40 psi for MTB). Remove inflator once tire is sufficiently inflated. — Inflate Tire
• Carefully unscrew the used cartridge and dispose of it responsibly (it is recyclable). Remember that CO2 dissipates; re-inflate with air from a pump for longer rides or when home. — Dispose & Follow-up
