Why choose this product

Dependable Performance from a Trusted Brand

BIC is the #1 selling mechanical pencil brand in the United States, known for delivering consistent quality and value. These Xtra-Smooth pencils offer a reliable writing experience, unlike some local brands that may vary in lead consistency or durability. Imported directly from authorized US retailers and authorized brand partners, each pencil is factory-sealed and built to last, ensuring you receive a product that meets international standards for performance and safety.

Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip It

Perfect for students needing reliable pencils for daily notes, exams, and assignments, as well as office professionals for general writing tasks. If you require a specific lead hardness other than HB or a very fine point (e.g., 0.3mm), consider specialized drafting pencils. Those needing a premium wood-cased pencil for artistic shading might prefer graphite pencils with a wider range of hardness grades.

How to use

Advance the Lead — To advance the pencil lead, simply click the built-in eraser. This mechanism is designed for quick and easy lead advancement, ensuring you can continue writing without interruption.
Write Smoothly — Use the 0.7mm medium point for smooth, dark writing. The high-quality lead is designed to glide across paper without smudging, ideal for notes and assignments.
Erase Mistakes — The integrated eraser allows for clean and precise corrections. Erase any mistakes without leaving smudges, ensuring your work remains neat and professional.
Refill Lead — When the lead runs out, simply refill the pencil with standard 0.7mm mechanical pencil lead. This ensures the pencil remains usable for a long time.
