• Prepare Your Surface — Ensure the surface (fabric, rock, wood, glass, paper) is clean, dry, and free from dust or oils for optimal adhesion and ink flow. For fabric, consider pre-washing to remove any sizing.
• Activate and Test Ink — The cotton nibs are pre-activated. If ink flow is slow, gently press the tip on a scrap surface. Test the ink on a hidden area or scrap material to check color and flow before starting your main project.
• Apply Ink with Dual Tips — Use the fine tip for precise lines, lettering, or intricate details. Utilize the round tip for coloring larger areas or creating broader strokes. Apply with even pressure for consistent ink coverage.
• Care and Storage — Allow the ink to dry completely. For permanent results on fabric, heat-setting may be required (check specific fabric care instructions). Always tighten the cap securely and store markers horizontally to prevent drying.
