• Prepare for Measurement — Sit calmly for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Ensure you are relaxed and have not consumed caffeine or smoked within 30 minutes. Select the correct cuff size (M/L for 9-17" or XL for 13-21") for your upper arm.
• Apply the Cuff Correctly — Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 1-2 cm above the elbow. The air tube should be on the inner side of your arm. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight, allowing two fingers to fit underneath.
• Take the Reading — Press the start button. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and take the measurement. Remain still and quiet during inflation and deflation. The results (systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate) will appear on the large backlit LCD display.
• Record and Review — The monitor automatically stores readings for two users. Press the user button to select your profile before or after measurement. Review your readings on the display or share them with your healthcare provider for accurate health management.
