• PAIN-RELIEVING SHOULDER SUPPORT: Stabilizing and supporting the shoulder, the cold shoulder brace provides pain-relieving compression in addition to targeted hot or cold therapy. Great for sprains, strains and for post-surgery support, the shoulder wrap also soothes common aches and pains.
• FLEXIBLE HOT OR COLD THERAPY: Secured in an interior mesh pocket, the cold shoulder brace includes a large, uniquely shaped Arctic Flex gel pack that remains flexible when frozen to comfortably contour to the shoulder for soothing relief. The durable, leakproof pack is filled with a nontoxic gel that can also be used for heat therapy to reduce stiffness, increase circulation and improve mobility.
• ADJUSTABLE COMPRESSION FIT: Constructed with a latex-free neoprene blend, the machine washable cold shoulder brace is fully adjustable for a customizable fit and includes two extender straps for a maximum shoulder strap length of 57”. The brace is also lined with a soft, nonslip material to eliminate sliding and irritation. Easily adjust the level of compression by moving the fastener tabs on the exterior compression pad for optimal relief.
• REVERSIBLE LOW PROFILE DESIGN: Suitable for both men and women, the cold shoulder brace is reversible for use on the left or right shoulder as needed. The slim design can be worn under regular fit clothing for a discreet look or worn over undershirts and tees if desired.
• HSA/FSA APPROVED & VIVE GUARANTEE: Eligible for purchase with Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account funds. Plus, enjoy the Vive 60-day unconditional guarantee for added confidence in your purchase.

• Prepare the Gel Pack — Place the Arctic Flex gel pack in the freezer for at least 60 minutes until it reaches desired coldness. For heat therapy, microwave according to instructions (if applicable, otherwise use warm water).
• Position and Secure the Brace — Place the brace on the affected shoulder, ensuring the gel pack is positioned over the sore area. Wrap the adjustable straps and secure them using the hook & loop fasteners for a comfortable, snug fit.
• Adjust Compression and Wear — Adjust the compression level by moving the fastener tabs on the exterior pad. Wear the brace for 15-20 minutes at a time, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. The brace can be worn on the left or right shoulder.
• Clean and Store — After use, remove the gel pack. Hand wash the brace with mild soap and cold water, or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry completely before storing.
