Please also not dive or jump into the water with wearing these swim masks because the pressure of hitting the water is extremely bigger than you can imagine.

• Prepare the Mask — Before first use, rinse the mask thoroughly with fresh water. Apply a small amount of anti-fog solution or a drop of baby shampoo to the inside of the tempered glass lenses, then rinse again. This helps activate the anti-fog properties and removes any manufacturing residue.
• Achieve a Proper Seal — Place the silicone skirt against your face, ensuring it covers your nose and chin. Gently pull the adjustable strap over the back of your head. The strap should be snug but not uncomfortably tight. Inhale slightly through your nose; if the mask stays in place without your hands, it has a good seal.
• Equalize and Clear — During descent, if you feel pressure, gently pinch your nose through the mask skirt and exhale through your nose to equalize ear pressure. If water enters the mask, lift the bottom edge of the skirt slightly and exhale through your nose to clear the water.
