How to buy an original ACRABROS Baby Wrap Carrier in India?

To ensure you receive an original ACRABROS Baby Wrap Carrier, purchase from authorized US retailers and authorized brand partners via crowcrowcrow.com. Each wrap is factory-sealed and imported per-order, with all customs duties and GST pre-paid. Your order is tracked via ExpressBox and arrives within 15-17 days.

Is this baby wrap carrier safe for newborns?

Yes, this baby wrap carrier is designed for newborns from 8 lbs upwards. Ensure your baby is positioned upright with their head and neck supported, and their airways are clear. The wrap's ergonomic design supports natural posture, but always follow safe babywearing guidelines and check your baby's comfort regularly.

What is the difference between a ring sling and a stretchy wrap?

A ring sling is a single length of fabric threaded through two rings, letting you adjust the fit quickly and carry on one shoulder. A stretchy wrap, like the ACRABROS, is a long piece of fabric you tie around your body for a snug, evenly distributed newborn carry. Ring slings suit quick ups-and-downs and grow with older infants, while stretchy wraps give supportive closeness for the early months.

How to use the ACRABROS Baby Wrap Carrier?

The ACRABROS Baby Wrap is a single piece of fabric that you tie around yourself and your baby. First, find the center of the wrap. Drape it over your shoulders, creating an 'X' across your back. Bring the ends to the front, cross them, and tie securely. Then, create a pouch with the fabric and place your baby inside, ensuring their legs are in an M-position and their airway is clear. Adjust the fabric for a snug, comfortable fit.

Can I use this baby wrap in Indian weather?

Yes, the ACRABROS Baby Wrap is made from a blend of Rayon, Polyester, and Spandex, offering enhanced breathability and stretchy comfort. While it's designed to be more comfortable than heavier wraps, it's still a fabric wrap. For very hot and humid Indian conditions, consider frequent breaks and ensuring baby is well-hydrated. Reviewers find it suitable for moderate Indian climates.

What is the weight limit for this baby wrap?

The ACRABROS Baby Wrap Carrier supports babies from 8 pounds up to 35 pounds (approximately 3.6 kg to 15.9 kg). This range covers newborns through to toddlers, providing a versatile carrying solution as your child grows. Always ensure the baby is securely positioned and comfortable within this weight limit.

How to wash and care for the baby wrap?

The ACRABROS Baby Wrap is machine washable. Use cold water and wash separately with light-colored clothing to prevent color transfer. For best results, air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach, which can damage the fabric blend.

Why choose this product

Ergonomic Support for Baby & Parent

The ACRABROS Baby Wrap Carrier is engineered for comfort and safety. Its blend of Rayon, Polyester, and Spandex provides a soft, breathable, and stretchy material that contours to both parent and baby. This design supports your baby's natural posture, promoting healthy hip development, while distributing weight evenly to reduce strain on your back and shoulders. Unlike some rigid carriers, this wrap offers a snug, customizable fit that adapts as your baby grows, ensuring a secure and comfortable experience for extended wear.

Ideal for Indian Climates & Busy Parents

This wrap is suitable for parents in India seeking a lightweight and breathable baby carrier. The fabric blend offers good airflow, making it more comfortable in warmer climates compared to heavier wraps. Its one-size-fits-all design and easy adjustment make it perfect for busy parents who need to carry their baby hands-free while managing daily tasks. While it offers great support for newborns and infants up to 35 lbs, parents looking for structured carriers with multiple carrying positions for older babies or toddlers might consider specialized ergonomic carriers.

How to use

Find the Center — Lay the wrap flat and locate the middle tag or seam. This marks the center point for your wrap placement.
Create the 'X' — Drape the wrap over your shoulders, ensuring the center is centered on your back. Bring the two ends to the front, crossing them over each other to form an 'X' on your chest.
Tie Securely — Tuck one end under the 'X' on your chest and bring both ends to your back. Tie a secure double knot, ensuring it's snug but comfortable for you and baby.
Position Baby — Create a pouch with the front fabric. Place your baby into the pouch, ensuring their legs are in a natural M-position and their airway is clear. Adjust the fabric for a snug, supportive fit.
