3M Headlight Lens Restoration Kit 2-Pack | Restores Cloudy Yellowed Plastic Lenses

• COMPLETE 2-PACK VALUE: Two medium-duty kits restore cloudy, yellowed and hazy plastic lenses by hand. Great for moderate oxidation and enough material for up to 4 headlight lenses total.
• NO TOOLS REQUIRED SYSTEM: Includes light sanding discs, rubbing compound, foam pads and directions so you can restore lenses by hand without a drill, buffer or special shop equipment.
• FOR HEADLIGHTS AND MORE: Use on plastic headlights, taillights, fog lights and directional lights to remove haze, oxidation and buildup from common exterior vehicle lenses.
• 3M ABRASIVE TECHNOLOGY: Progressive sanding refines scratches and removes yellowing, oxidization and buildup without damaging the plastic lens surface when used as directed.
• SAVE HUNDREDS VS REPLACEMENT: Refresh dull lenses, improve vehicle appearance and restore clearer headlight lenses without the cost of replacing expensive assemblies.

• Prepare the Lens — Clean the headlight lens thoroughly with soap and water. Dry it completely. Mask the surrounding paintwork with painter's tape to protect the car's finish from the abrasive materials.
• Progressive Sanding — Using the included sanding discs in sequence (from coarsest to finest), sand the lens surface by hand. Apply moderate pressure and ensure even coverage to remove yellowing and haze.
• Polish and Clear — Apply the rubbing compound to the foam pad. Polish the sanded lens surface by hand using circular or back-and-forth motions until the plastic becomes clear and the haze is gone.
• Final Inspection — Wipe away any residue. Inspect the lens for clarity. If needed, repeat the polishing step. For enhanced UV protection, consider applying a separate clear coat after the lens is fully restored.
