• Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or other contaminants. For best adhesion, lightly roughen non-porous surfaces and ensure wood is properly prepared according to industry standards. — Prepare Surfaces
• Apply a uniform, even coat of 3M Fastbond Contact Adhesive 30NF to both surfaces using a spray gun, brush, or roller. Aim for good coverage without excessive pooling. Avoid applying in temperatures below 15°C (60°F). — Apply Adhesive
• Let the adhesive dry until it becomes tacky to the touch and turns clear, typically 15 to 30 minutes depending on humidity and temperature. This allows the adhesive to develop its maximum bonding properties. — Allow to Tack
• Carefully align the two surfaces and press them together firmly, ensuring complete contact. Apply firm pressure across the entire bonded area. The bond reaches handling strength quickly, with full cure achieved in approximately 4 hours. — Bond and Cure
