• Ensure the skin or dressing is clean and dry before application. If using on skin, avoid stretching the wrap excessively to prevent irritation. — Prepare the Area
• Unroll the desired length of Coban wrap. Overlap the edges by about half the width of the wrap to ensure it sticks to itself securely. Apply with gentle tension for controlled compression. — Apply with Compression
• Press the end of the wrap firmly onto the applied layer to secure it. Trim any excess length with scissors. The wrap will adhere to itself, holding dressings or providing support. — Secure and Trim
