CCC Membership Terms

Price and validity

The price is ₹3,999 including GST. It is valid for 365 days from the day you pay. Membership belongs to your phone number, so it works on every account that uses that number. You must be signed in when you check out for benefits to apply.

Benefits

• Priority handling. Your orders get first attention. We aim to deliver on time or early. The delivery date we promise stays the same as for everyone.
• Free insurance on orders up to ₹10,000, and lower insurance fees above that. See the fee table.
• 2× coins. You earn 20% of what you pay as coins, instead of 10%. The rate is fixed when you place the order.
• The membership fee itself does not earn coins.

When benefits stop

Benefits stop for new orders after your end date. Orders you placed before that date keep their priority, insurance and coin rate.

Refund

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as you have not placed a member order. After 7 days, or after a member order, there is no refund.

Renewal

Membership does not renew by itself. We send a reminder by email 15 days and 3 days before it ends. You renew by paying again; the new year starts when the current one ends.
