• Reusable and Cost Efficient - The frames are reusable for a long time and the replaceable filters are reusable for a couple of days. First order the trial pack to find your right size (every nose is unique, so you may not be able to find your convenient size). Then order the standard pack with 4 nasal filters and 48 pairs of replacement filters to save your expenses.

• Select Your Size — Ensure you have the correct size for a snug, comfortable fit inside your nostrils. If unsure, try a trial pack first to determine your ideal size for optimal particle filtration.
• Insert the Filter — Gently insert the filter frame into each nostril. The soft silicone should sit comfortably and discreetly, creating a seal to block airborne particles without causing irritation.
• Clean and Reuse Frame — After a couple of days of use, remove the frame. Clean it gently with mild soap and water, then allow it to dry completely before reinserting or attaching a new filter.
• Replace Filters — Replace the filter material as needed, typically every couple of days for continued effectiveness. The pack provides 48 replacement filters for extended use.
