uxcell F6-12M Thrust Ball Bearings 6mm x 12mm x 4.5mm Chrome Steel Single Direction 2pcs | Industrial Grade Bearing for Axial Loads

• SIZE — Bore Diameter=2mm, Outer Diameter=6mm, Thickness=3mm
• MATERIAL — Made of Chrome Steel(AISI 52100), have great wear-resistant, high temperature resistance and high hardness; Brass cage
• CAPABILITY — Dynamic Load Rating (Cr): 0.5kN; Static Load Rating (Cor): 0.7kN; Limiting Speed (Grease): 11800rpm, designed for low speed operation and axial loads only
• APPLICATION — Can be used for oven turntable, jack, pump, rotating applications, machine tools, automobiles, ect.
• FEATURES — The separable components of thrust ball bearings are interchangeable. Low noise and long service life, easy to maintain. Keep the bearing working environment clean and bearing lubricated in time

• Prepare the Bearing — Ensure the bearing is clean and properly lubricated with grease or oil suitable for low-speed applications. Remove any protective coatings if present, but avoid excessive cleaning that could remove essential lubrication.
• Mount the Shaft Washer — Fit the shaft washer, which has a slightly smaller bore, onto the rotating shaft. Ensure a snug fit to prevent slippage during operation. This washer will rotate with the shaft.
• Install the Housing Washer — Place the housing washer against the stationary housing or mounting surface. This washer has a larger bore clearance to accommodate shaft movement without interference. The bearing balls and cage assembly sit between these two washers.
• Apply Axial Load — Ensure the entire load applied is purely axial (along the shaft's axis) and in one direction only. Avoid any radial forces or moments, as these bearings are not designed to handle them and will fail prematurely.
