Duplicate Your DVI-D Display Effortlessly
The StarTech.com DVI Splitter Cable (DVISPL1DD) allows you to duplicate a single DVI-D digital video source onto two DVI-D displays simultaneously. This 1ft (30cm) black cable is designed for mirrored output, meaning both connected monitors will show the exact same image. It supports resolutions up to 2560x1600 @ 60Hz, providing clear, high-definition visuals for your setup. This passive adapter is best suited for desktop computers with a dedicated DVI-D graphics card output.
Engineered for performance and reliability, this DVI-D splitter features a built-in 12-inch cable to reduce strain on the DVI-D source connector. For optimal signal integrity and high performance, StarTech.com recommends using their DVI-D cables (DVIDDMM6). While it supports high resolutions, it's not recommended for use over 1920x1200 to ensure the best possible mirrored display quality. Please note that this splitter does not support DVI-Analog signals, screen extension, or displaying different images on each monitor.
This DVI-D splitter is a reliable solution for IT professionals and home users needing to mirror their display. It connects directly to your computer's DVI-D output and splits the signal to two DVI-D displays or projectors. It's important to verify that your graphics card has a DVI-D output and that you are not attempting to use it with adapters that convert HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C to DVI, or with laptop docking stations, as compatibility may be limited in those scenarios. All customs duties and GST are included in the price, with tracked delivery via ExpressBox.
Reliable DVI-D Mirroring for Indian Setups
This StarTech.com DVI-D splitter cable ensures your single DVI-D digital video source is reliably mirrored to two DVI-D displays. It's designed for IT professionals and users who need consistent, high-quality mirrored output for presentations or dual-monitor setups. The 1ft (30cm) length and built-in strain relief cable minimize stress on your computer's DVI-D port. While it supports high resolutions up to 2560x1600 @ 60Hz, it's best used below 1920x1200 for optimal performance and does not support DVI-Analog signals or screen extension. Imported directly from authorized US retailers, it comes with all customs duties and GST pre-paid for a transparent purchase experience.
Ideal For Desktop DVI-D Outputs, Not for Adapters
This splitter is ideal for desktop computers equipped with a DVI-D graphics card output. It's a passive adapter, meaning it doesn't require external power. However, it's crucial to note that it may not work with video adapters that convert HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C to DVI, nor with most laptop docking stations. If you need to connect a modern laptop or a device with non-DVI-D outputs, you will require an active converter. This cable is strictly for mirroring the same image on two DVI-D displays; it cannot extend your desktop or show different content on each screen.
