Normcore 53.3mm Espresso Coffee Tamper - Titanium Ripple Base, Spring Loaded, 15lb/25lb/30lb Springs, Anodized Aluminum Handle & Stand (54mm Breville Portafilter Fit)

• IMPROVED CONSISTENCY – With a design that achieves the same tamp every time. The amount of pressure you apply is simply controlled by a spring inside the tamper itself. Comes with 3 interchangeable springs to suit your preference.
• Titanium PVD Coating - This low-static coating is harder and more corrosion-resistant. Also significantly reduce the amount of ground that sticks to the tool after each use.
• RIPPLE BASE - Created to minimize the risk of a doughnut extraction, the indentation on the coffee bed made by the ripple tamper allows controlled water channeling and even saturation of the grounds.
• UNIQUE DESIGN - Our coffee tamper is spring-loaded and does not require additional adjustments. It has an ergonomic handle with a comfortable grip that allows you to push ground coffee easily.
• SUITS 58MM BASKETS: With a diameter of 58.5mm, ensuring a perfectly snug fit for most ‘58mm’ baskets including VST, IMS, and more. Provide the best fit tamp for ultimate extraction of your coffee.

• Select Your Spring — Choose your preferred calibrated spring (15lb, 25lb, or 30lb) based on your tamping pressure preference. Ensure it is securely fitted into the tamper's central shaft.
• Dose and Level Coffee — Add your desired amount of ground coffee to your 58mm or 58.5mm espresso basket. Distribute the grounds evenly using a distribution tool or by tapping the portafilter.
• Tamp with Consistent Pressure — Place the tamper base onto the coffee grounds. Apply firm, downward pressure vertically. The spring mechanism will ensure consistent force. Turn clockwise slightly to polish the puck if desired.
• Clean and Store — Wipe the tamper base dry immediately after use to prevent coffee residue buildup. Store the tamper on its included stand for easy access and to protect the base.
