• Shuffle the UNO Flip! Splash deck thoroughly. Distribute 7 cards to each player. Place the remaining cards face down to form a draw pile. Designate a discard pile area. — Set Up the Deck
• The player to the left of the dealer starts. Play proceeds clockwise. Match the top card on the discard pile by number, color, or symbol. — Start the Game
• Play action cards like Skip, Reverse, Draw Two, and Wild. When a Flip card is played, flip the entire deck to the opposite side (light to dark or dark to light) and continue play with new rules. — Use Action Cards
• When you have only one card left, yell 'UNO!' If you forget and another player catches you, you must draw two cards. The first player to empty their hand wins the round. — Win the Round
