Preserve Your Books with Archival Quality
Lineco Bookbinding Super Cloth is a premium, archival-grade material designed for serious bookbinders. Its fine open cotton weave allows for exceptional adhesive penetration, ensuring signatures are securely united while maintaining the flexibility of the book's backbone. This ensures your bound books open and lie flat without cracking or damage over time, a crucial factor for longevity and usability. Each sheet measures a generous 18x30 inches, providing ample material for multiple projects.
The acid-free nature of this super cloth is vital for archival applications, preventing the degradation of paper and adhesives over decades. The natural, neutral color blends seamlessly with various paper types and binding styles, offering a clean, professional finish without distracting from the book's content.

Imported directly from authorized US retailers, you receive the authentic product used by international bookbinding professionals. All customs duties and GST are pre-paid and included in your price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping. The Science Behind Lineco Super Cloth
Lineco's Super Cloth uses a specific open cotton weave engineered for optimal adhesive interaction. This isn't just fabric; it's a material science solution for bookbinding. The controlled porosity ensures glue penetrates deeply, creating a robust bond that remains flexible. This prevents the common issue of spine cracking seen with less specialized materials. The acid-free composition protects paper integrity, crucial for archival work. Imported from authorized US retailers, it guarantees the exact formulation and quality trusted by international bookbinders.
Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip It
This Super Cloth is ideal for bookbinders, archivists, conservators, and serious crafters who demand archival quality and flexibility. It's perfect for restoring antique books, creating custom journals, or any project requiring a durable, flexible, and acid-free binding material. Skip if you only need a temporary or non-archival binding solution, or if you're looking for a rigid spine; this material is specifically designed for flexibility.
