About the range
The iMBAPrice RJ45 Network Cable Tester is an essential tool for verifying the integrity of your LAN and telephone cables. It automatically checks for continuity, open circuits, shorts, and crossed wire pairs, providing clear visible LED status updates. This tester supports a wide range of cable types including RJ11 telephone cables and RJ45 LAN cables, specifically compatible with Ethernet Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, and Cat 7 standards, as well as RJ11 6P and RJ45 8P connectors. Ensure your network connections are flawless before installation.
Utilize the scan mode for a quick overview of cable status or the step mode for detailed, one-contact-at-a-time connection checks. The detachable remote unit is a practical feature, allowing you to test wires that are already installed in walls or conduits. Simply insert a 9-Volt battery (not included) and begin diagnosing connections to any room in your home or office, saving time and preventing troubleshooting headaches.
This compact, yellow and black tester is constructed from durable ABS plastic. While it requires a 9V battery for operation, it offers reliable performance for network technicians and DIY enthusiasts in India. Ensure your network infrastructure is robust and error-free with this imported testing tool, delivered with all customs duties and GST pre-paid.
Ensure Flawless Network Connectivity
In India's dynamic digital landscape, reliable network connections are paramount. This iMBAPrice cable tester provides the precision needed to diagnose and fix issues with RJ45 and RJ11 cables before they impact your home or office network. It automatically identifies continuity, open circuits, shorts, and crossed wire pairs, offering visible LED feedback. The detachable remote unit simplifies testing of installed wiring, saving valuable time and preventing costly installation errors. Unlike basic testers, its comprehensive diagnostic capabilities ensure that every connection is verified, leading to a more stable and efficient network infrastructure.
Who It's For & Who Should Skip It
This tester is ideal for IT professionals, network installers, electricians, and home users who frequently work with Ethernet (RJ45) and telephone (RJ11) cables, including Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, and Cat 7. If you need to quickly verify cable integrity before or after installation, this tool is a must-have. It is not suitable for users who only occasionally connect a single device or have no need to test custom-length or installed cables. For simple plug-and-play scenarios without custom wiring, a basic cable tester might suffice, but this model offers advanced diagnostic features for more complex setups.
