• Carefully detune and remove the old banjo strings one by one. If replacing all at once, consider removing only one string at a time to maintain neck tension and banjo stability. — Remove Old Strings
• Thread the loop end of each new D'Addario EJS60 string through the banjo tailpiece. Then, thread the other end through the tuning post on the headstock, winding it securely. — Install New Strings
• Tune the strings to standard banjo tuning (GCEA for 5-string). Gently stretch each new string by pulling it slightly away from the fretboard and retuning. Repeat this process until the strings hold their tune. — Tune and Stretch
