• Medium bristles on this medium toothbrush help effectively clean gums and teeth

• Wet Bristles — Lightly moisten the medium bristles of the Colgate 360 Advanced Whitening toothbrush with water. Avoid excessive water, as it can dilute toothpaste effectiveness.
• Apply Toothpaste — Apply a pea-sized amount of your preferred toothpaste onto the bristles. For whitening benefits, use a toothpaste that complements the brush's stain-removing cups.
• Brush Thoroughly — Brush all surfaces of your teeth for at least two minutes, twice daily. Use gentle, circular motions, paying attention to gum lines and between teeth. Utilize the tongue and cheek cleaner on the back of the head.
• Rinse and Replace — Rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing. Rinse the toothbrush under running water and store it upright to air dry. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if bristles fray.
