Fuel Your Young Koi's Growth and Color
Blue Ridge Koi Fish Food Growth Formula Mini provides essential nutrition for young koi and goldfish under 5 inches. Each 1/8" pellet is consistently sized for easy consumption and digestion, supporting active growth with 36% crude protein. Added vitamins, minerals, and brewer's yeast contribute to overall health and vibrant natural coloring, as noted by many reviewers. The floating pellets allow for easy portion control and soften quickly in the water.
This formula is designed for warm-season feeding above 65°F, with feeding frequency adjusted based on temperature. For fish growing beyond 5 inches or in mixed-size ponds, consider pairing with Blue Ridge Koi Large or Blend Growth Formula. When water temperatures drop below 50°F, it's recommended to switch to their specialized Cool Water Wheat Formula for easier cold-weather digestion. Proper seasonal feeding is key to fish health.

Ideal for Young Fish, Not for All Ponds
This mini pellet formula is perfect for koi and goldfish under 5 inches, fry, and juveniles. However, if your pond contains larger fish (over 5 inches) or a mix of sizes, you should pair this with Blue Ridge Koi Large or Blend Growth Formula to ensure all fish receive appropriately sized pellets. It is also specifically a warm-season formula; switch to a cool-water formula when temperatures drop below 50°F.
