How do I use this double boiler for melting chocolate?

Fill the outer 2200ML pot with 1-2 inches of water and bring to a simmer on your stove. Place the 1000ML inner pot inside, ensuring the bottom doesn't touch the water. Add your chocolate to the inner pot and stir gently as it melts from the steam's heat. This prevents scorching and ensures smooth results.

Is this double boiler safe for candle making wax?

Yes, this double boiler is ideal for melting candle making wax. The gentle, indirect heat prevents overheating and potential combustion of waxes, ensuring a safer and more controlled melting process compared to direct heat methods.

Can I use this double boiler on an Indian induction cooktop?

The outer 2200ML pot is described as compatible with electric ceramic and gas stoves. For induction compatibility, check if the outer pot has a flat, magnetic base. If it does, it should work on standard Indian induction cooktops. Always ensure the pot diameter suits your burner size for even heating.

How do I clean the Marsheepy double boiler set?

Cleaning is simple. Both the inner melting pot and the outer pot are dishwasher safe. For handwashing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. The one-piece silicone spatula also cleans easily, with no seams or cracks to trap food.

What is the capacity of the inner melting pot?

The inner melting pot has a capacity of 1000ML, which is equivalent to approximately 33 fluid ounces or 1 US quart. This size is suitable for melting moderate amounts of chocolate, wax, or soap for various crafting and culinary projects.
