NON-DELIVERY PROTECTION

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if tracking shows the package is lost in transit, we've got you covered.

One-Time Free Reship

We will reship your order one time at no additional cost if non-delivery occurs due to carrier issues, lost package, or failed delivery attempts.

RTO (Return to Origin) Situations

If your package returns to origin due to customs issues, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to discuss the situation and may offer to reship the order. Updated address or additional documentation may be required.

Claim Requirements

To qualify for reshipment:

  • Report non-delivery within 10 days of expected delivery date
  • Provide accurate delivery address

DELIVERY ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

For Successful Delivery:

Wrong Item Delivered

Contact us with photos of the received item. We'll arrange return pickup and ship the correct product.

Customs Hold

Rare but possible. We'll work with you to provide any additional documentation needed for clearance.

Failed Delivery Attempt

Carriers will make 2-3 delivery attempts. Watch for delivery notices and contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup.
