ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCEL BEFORE PROCESSING

You can cancel your order through your account dashboard—but only before it reaches "Processing" status. Once your order is being processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Your order can be cancelled while it shows "Order Placed" status in your dashboard.

✗ CANNOT Cancel: Processing Status or Later

Once your order reaches "Processing" status, cancellation is NO LONGER POSSIBLE.

  • Processing → CANNOT cancel ✗
  • Preparing for Shipment → CANNOT cancel ✗
  • Shipped → CANNOT cancel ✗

Important: Orders move quickly! Most orders enter "Processing" within 1-3 hours of placement. Act immediately if you need to cancel.


HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Self-Service Cancellation (ONLY Method)

1. Log in to your account at crowcrowcrow.com

2. Go to your Account Dashboard

3. Navigate to "My Orders" section

4. Locate the order you want to cancel

5. Check the order status

6. If status is "Order Placed" → Click "Cancel Order" button

7. Confirm cancellation

8. Receive instant confirmation email

Important Notes:

  • No forms to fill out or submit
  • Cancellation only available through your dashboard
  • Must be logged in with your registered account
  • Instant processing when status allows
  • Cannot cancel via email or phone

IF YOU CANNOT CANCEL

Once Status Reaches "Processing"

If your order has already reached "Processing" status or beyond:

  • Cancellation is not possible
  • The order will be fulfilled and shipped
  • You cannot stop the order

Your Options:

1. Refuse Delivery - Tell the delivery person you refuse the package (refund minus shipping costs)

2. Return After Delivery - Accept the package and file a return if eligible under our 14-Day Smile Guarantee

3. Keep the Product - Accept and keep the item

Note: Change of mind is NOT a valid return reason under our policy. Only shipping damage, description mismatches, duplicates, and non-authentic items are eligible for return.

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, sales, holidays), orders move even faster. Cancel within 30 minutes of ordering for best results.

If you successfully cancel before "Processing":

  • Product price (100%)
  • Shipping charges
  • Customs duties (if charged)
  • Processing fees
  • All taxes
  • Complete order total

Refund Timeline:

  • Cancellation confirmed: Instant
  • Refund initiated: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processed: 5-7 business days
  • Bank credit appears: 5-7 business days total to your original payment method

  • Original payment method only (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.)
  • Same currency as original purchase
  • Processing time varies by bank: typically 5-7 business days for credit/debit cards, 2-3 days for UPI

PARTIAL ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Individual Item Cancellation

If your order contains multiple products and is still in "Order Placed" status:

  • You can cancel specific items
  • Keep other items in the order
  • Partial refund for cancelled items
  • Remaining items will ship normally

How to Cancel Individual Items:

1. Log in to your dashboard

2. Go to "My Orders"

3. Select the order

4. Choose "Cancel Items"

5. Select which items to cancel

6. Confirm partial cancellation

Note: Partial cancellation also only available during "Order Placed" status.


WHEN CANCELLATION IS NOT POSSIBLE

Cannot Cancel These Orders:

✗ Orders in "Processing" Status

Once processing begins, we cannot stop the fulfillment process.

✗ Custom or Personalized Items

Even in "Order Placed" status, customized products cannot be cancelled once customization begins.

✗ Digital Products

Downloadable products cannot be cancelled after delivery/download.

✗ Final Sale Items

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance - No Returns" may have stricter cancellation policies.

For these situations, your only option is to wait for delivery and follow our return policy (if eligible).


COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

When We Cancel Your Order

CrowCrowCrow may cancel orders in these situations:

Prohibited Products:

If we discover a product cannot be legally shipped to your location due to import restrictions, airline regulations, or customs prohibitions, we will:

  • Cancel the order immediately
  • Remove the product from our catalog
  • Notify you within 24-48 hours
  • Issue full refund within 5-7 business days

Fraud Prevention:

Orders that appear fraudulent will be cancelled:

  • Suspicious payment patterns
  • Multiple orders with different cards to same address
  • Mismatched billing information
  • High-value orders with risk indicators

You'll be notified via email if we cancel your order. Legitimate customers can contact us to verify and reorder.


FAILED PAYMENT CANCELLATIONS

Automatic Cancellation

If payment fails or cannot be processed:

  • Order automatically cancelled within 24 hours
  • Email notification sent
  • No refund needed (payment never went through)
  • You can reorder once payment issue is resolved
