RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
At Crowcrowcrow, we constantly endeavour to make your shopping experience enjoyable and smooth. We have a ‘No-Fuss Return and Refund Policy’ which is mentioned below:
If you have received a damaged/faulty or wrong product, we will refund the entire amount or send a replacement as per your preference. However, please make sure that you inform us about such products within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product or else we won’t be able to accept return of the product.
A picture of the product which is wrong, damaged, or faulty should be mailed to our customer support team at support@crowcrowcrow.in. It will be checked by our quality control team and a replacement will be sent or refund will be issued only after the damage is confirmed.
Products which fall under the category of ‘Non-Returnable’ cannot be returned once they are delivered. Nonetheless, if you wish to return such products, a restocking fee will be charged which is 25% of the product cost. When you place a return request for a non-returnable product, we will contact you before charging the restocking fee.
Please note that if the box is unsealed or if the product is used, it cannot be returned.
We will arrange a pickup of the damaged or faulty products through our shipping carriers. The pickup will be planned as per the customer’s convenience. When we receive the product, it will be first examined by our quality control team to check if it is in intact condition; only then the refund process will be initiated.
We have a 7-day return window in case customers wish to return any products. The return request must be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. In addition, the box should not be opened. We will process the refund only after we get the correct product from the customer and it is verified by our quality control team.
Occasionally, the pickup location may not be serviceable by the courier companies who handle all our deliveries. In such cases, we will get in touch with the customer and request him/her to send the product to us only through India Post as it is a reliable postal system offering timely deliveries. We will reimburse the money to the customer for sending the product. Based on the weight, Rs.50 per 500 grams will be refunded to the customer. If the product is sent to us via any other courier service, the return fees will not be compensated.
In the event that the customer declines to accept the product at the time of delivery, we will refund the full amount to the customer. In case our shipping professional reaches the delivery address and the house is locked, the product will remain with the shipping company. Our team will get in touch with you again and deliver the product at your convenient time.
An e-mail mentioning the refund details will be sent to the customer from www.crowcrowcrow.com. The refund will reflect in the customer’s bank account in 5-7 working days. We will issue the refund to the same account or debit/credit card which the customer had used to pay for the order.
