When will my order arrive? Can I cancel the order? What is your refund policy ? We have the answers to all your questions. Read on:

1. Orders:

Q: When will my order get confirmed?
A: The moment you finish the payment process, your order will be confirmed. Moreover, you will immediately receive an e-mail from our team mentioning important details of your order such as order ID, tracking information, and estimated date of delivery.
Q: Can I make any modifications to my existing order?
A: Changes can be made in the existing order only if the order has not been shipped already. Once the order is dispatched, changes cannot be made. However, please keep in mind that there will be an increase in the delivery period by 7 days from the earlier estimated date in the event there is any modification in the existing order. Q: Is it possible to change the contact number or delivery address once the order is placed?
A: Yes, it is possible. Please get in touch with us at support@crowcrowcrow.in and inform us about the new contact number or shipping address so that we can immediately make the changes in your order details.
 
Q: Can I order more than one product in a single order?
A: Certainly, we allow our customers to order multiple goods in one order.
 
Q: Can I add multiple shipping addresses in my account?
A: You can have multiple shipping addresses in one account. Once you checkout, you can choose the shipping address you want the product(s) to be delivered to. Similarly, you can also edit or delete any shipping addresses in your account.
 
Q: I want to buy a particular product, but it is out of stock, what should I do?
A: We try our best to ensure that all the products are available, but due to some unexpected issues, they might be out of stock. In this case, we would request you to click on ‘Notify’ on that product page. Our team will inform you once the product is available.
 
Q: Is it possible to check the status of my order?
A: Yes, of course! From the time you place the order till the time it is delivered, Crowcrowcrow will send you timely delivery updates at each stage. In addition, you can check the status of your orders by going to the My Account>My Orders section on the Crowcrowcrow website (hyperlink). In this section, you will be able to view the exact status of all your orders along with the tracking details.
 
Q: The order status on the website shows ‘order confirmed’, however I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail yet, what should I do?
A: Such occurrences are rare since we send a confirmation e-mail as soon as the order is successfully placed. Please check your ‘Spam’ folder for our e-mail. If you find it, mark it as ‘Not Spam’ so that going forward, you can receive important e-mails from Crowcrowcrow straight in your Inbox. In case you still haven’t received the confirmation e-mail, please reach out to our customer support team.
 
Q: Can I cancel my order
A: Yes, in case you want to cancel your order, you can go to ‘My Orders’, and select the order you want to cancel. Alternatively, you can also send an order cancellation e-mail to our customer support team at (e-mail). 
Please keep in mind the following points regarding order cancellation: 
  • If order is cancelled within 3 days of order confirmation, you will receive full refund. 
  • If order is cancelled after 3 days, 20% restocking fees on the final order value will be charged to the customer. Once we receive an order for a particular product, we purchase it from our suppliers in USA and it is normally dispatched in 3 days
  • to India. In case the order is cancelled, we cannot send the product to our supplier in USA and it is kept in our warehouse in India. Hence, a 10% restocking fee is levied.
  • Order cancellation is allowed up to 30 days from the date of placing the order. 

2. Payments

Q: What are the available payment platforms? Are they secured?
A: Yes, absolutely! Our payment transaction pages are protected by authorized SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates. Moreover, we use Razorpay payment gateway which is one of the most secure payment solutions in India. The customer can make payments through various modes including credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, and popular wallets such as FreeCharge, Mobikwik, JioMoney, PayZapp etc. Please be assured that we don’t share user information with any 3rd party.
 
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option?
A: Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, but only in select pincodes. During the buying process, once you enter your address and proceed to the payment page by clicking on 'Continue', the COD option will be automatically enabled or disabled based on the pincode you have provided. For locations where COD is not available, we offer a variety of other secure and convenient online payment methods. We are continuously working to expand our COD service to more areas, so please stay tuned for further updates. Thank you for your patience and support.
 
Q: Payment has been successful for the order that I have placed, but my order status shows ‘processing’ or ‘on hold’, why does this happen?
A: You don’t have to worry about it. This type of order status indicates that money has been deducted from your bank account but we haven’t received it yet. We recommend waiting for 2-3 working days till we receive the amount. If you still don’t receive an order confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer care support and they will certainly help you. In some cases, the amount might get reversed in your bank account and you would have to place a new order.

3. Product delivery:

Q: Which are the shipping agents employed by Crowcrowcrow?
A: We ship our products through reliable and speedy shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and Delhivery etc.
 
Q: When can I expect the product to be delivered?
A: We start processing the order the minute we receive complete payment. You will receive the product anytime between 7-25 working days. Delivery time also depends on the place and zip code of the customer staying in India. For some zip codes, products might be delivered earlier whereas for some, it may take extra time, as per the availability of the courier service for that particular zip code.
 
Q: Can I add multiple shipping addresses in my account?
A: You can have multiple shipping addresses in one account. Once you checkout, you can choose the shipping address you want the product(s) to be delivered to. Similarly, you can also edit or delete any shipping addresses in your account.
 
Q: I was unable to receive the delivery of my order, will my order get cancelled?
A: Your order won’t get cancelled. Our delivery workers always call up your registered number before they head out to deliver your product. In the event that you miss delivery of your order, it would typically be delivered on the following business day.

4. Product cost:

Q: How is the product cost calculated?
A: Product values shown are the total price which will be charged. The final value comprises of the product cost, customs fees along with shipping and handling expenses. In case there are any changes, we will get in touch with you before going ahead with your order.
 
Q: Are the product prices subject to change?
A: We aim to offer good-quality products at economical prices. The prices mentioned on Crowcrowcrow are final; but they might change as per the prices given by the vendors. Retailers might increase or reduce the prices which can affect the total cost. In such a scenario, our team will contact you before proceeding with the order.

5. Discounts / Offers:

Q: Does CrowCrowCrow have any sale periods, discounts or special offers? How will I know about these offers?
A: We have many sale events during the year such as Black Friday, to add more. We will send you an e-mail about the sale in advance so that you don’t miss out on any attractive offers.
 
Q: Are there any conditions during sale periods?
A: Discounts offered during sale events are valid for a specific duration and cannot be clubbed with other offers. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before finalizing your order.
 
Q: How can I redeem a coupon?
A: You have to enter the coupon code without any extra spaces in the appropriate field before you make the payment. Please keep in mind that coupons are valid only on the product cost, not on custom charges and delivery fees.

6. Custom Clearance:

Q: Do you consider wholesale orders or corporate inquiries?
A: Yes, we accept wholesale orders. The order can be customized as per the clients’ needs. For more details about corporate inquiries, please contact our customer support team at (e-mail) or call us on (number).
 
Q: How are shipping fees and customs charges calculated?
A: These charges depend on the type of product and its dimensions such as weight, size etc. Once you choose your desired product(s) and proceed with the order, you will get the exact amount payable for shipping and customs.
 
Q: Do I have to provide any documents for customs clearance?
A: Usually, we provide all the required documents to the shipping company. At times, the customs authorities ask for Form 39 and a copy of the customer’s Aadhaar card. When you place your order, our team will e-mail you Form 39 as well as a link to upload your KYC details. This form needs to be duly filled and signed digitally. Please e-mail the form to us at the earliest along with a scanned copy/picture of your Aadhaar card. These documents help in quick customs clearance without any hassles.
 
Q: Can my order get stuck in customs?
A: Such situations rarely occur. However, if the necessary documents are not provided at the time of customs clearance, then the product might get seized by the authorities. Hence, it is vital for you to send us all the required documents on time.
